At VirtualNumProvider, we strive to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. We offer refunds for virtual phone number purchases under the following conditions:

⚠️ Important: 4-Hour Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 4 hours of purchase. If you encounter any issues with the service, please report them immediately. If no issues are reported within 4 hours of purchase, refunds will not be processed.

This 4-hour window ensures that we can promptly address any service issues while maintaining fair business practices. After this period, we assume the service is functioning as expected.

2. Refund Conditions

2.1 Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Service Not Activated: If your virtual number is not activated within 2 hours of successful payment
  • Technical Issues: If the virtual number is unable to receive SMS or OTP messages due to technical problems on our end
  • Incorrect Number: If you receive a different number than what was displayed during purchase
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same number twice
  • Payment Error: If there was a payment processing error resulting in multiple charges

2.2 Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:

  • Refund request submitted more than 4 hours after purchase
  • No issues reported within 4 hours of purchase
  • User inability to use the number with a specific platform (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
  • User error or misunderstanding of how the service works
  • Change of mind or no longer needing the number
  • Violation of Terms of Service
  • Use of the service for prohibited purposes

3. Refund Request Process

3.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Report the Issue: Contact us immediately at support@virtualnumprovider.com within 4 hours of purchase
  2. Provide Details: Include your purchase transaction ID, the issue encountered, and any relevant screenshots or error messages
  3. Wait for Review: Our support team will review your request within 24 hours
  4. Refund Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

3.2 Required Information

When requesting a refund, please provide:

  • Transaction ID or Order Number
  • Purchase date and time
  • Virtual phone number (if assigned)
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Screenshots or evidence of the problem (if applicable)
  • Your account email address

4. Refund Processing

4.1 Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider:

  • Paytm UPI: 3-5 business days
  • Razorpay (Credit/Debit Card): 5-7 business days
  • Razorpay (Net Banking): 3-5 business days
  • Razorpay (UPI): 3-5 business days

4.2 Refund Amount

Refunds will be issued for the full purchase amount, including any taxes or fees paid. Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original transaction.

5. Subscription Cancellations

For subscription-based services (monthly or yearly plans), you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

If you cancel your subscription and report issues within 4 hours of renewal, you may be eligible for a refund of the renewal payment, subject to our refund policy conditions.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you file a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, we may suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback, as we are committed to resolving customer concerns promptly.

7. Special Circumstances

7.1 Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government actions, etc.) that affect our services, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will make reasonable efforts to provide service continuity or offer appropriate compensation.

7.2 Service Discontinuation

If we discontinue a service or are unable to provide service due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide prorated refunds for unused subscription periods.
